Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Shergill Transport Ab Ltd. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our office operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Office Administration: Provide administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and maintaining accurate records.
- Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and faxes.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including databases, spreadsheets, and filing systems.
- Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
- Expense Reporting: Process expense reports and reconcile company credit card statements.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Will train.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 44 hours per week.
- Relocation Costs: Relocation costs covered by employer.
- Travel Expenses: Travel expenses paid by employer.
- Public Transportation: Public transportation is available.
