Customer Service Representative

Job Description
Olympus is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative – Sales to join our team in Richmond Hill, Ontario. As a key member of our Customer Solutions Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers and internal staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and timely delivery of customer solutions, including order entry, order confirmations, pricing issue follow-ups, and EDI/GHX order management credits and return requests.
- Specialize in tasks related to sales division/ERP system, including chemical invoicing, order updates, and pending approval order follow-up.
- Work in conjunction with other Olympus Canada divisions to resolve customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate logging of customer-related information and inquiries in customer service-related databases.
- Ensure daily KPIs are met or exceeded.
Requirements:
- Post-secondary degree/diploma required.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience dealing with customers required.
- Bilingual English-French proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing abilities required.
- Experience with Datasweep, SalesForce Service Cloud, Netsuite, or SAP necessary.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Medium to advanced Microsoft Office skills preferred.
- Excellent communication skills desired.
- Strong organizational skills essential.
