About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Automotive Sales Professional to join our team at The 401 Group of Companies. As a sales representative, you will have the opportunity to work with customers to identify their needs and provide them with the best possible solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Create relationships with customers through phone consults and in-person meetings
  • Discuss and educate customers on current lender requirements
  • Conduct sales and leasing of vehicles in accordance with dealership procedures
  • Monitor DealerTrack for leads and schedule appointments with customers
  • Consult financial institutions to obtain funding options
  • Closing sales by overcoming objections, negotiating price, and completing sales/purchase contracts
  • Demonstrate vehicle features and explain characteristics and capabilities
  • Follow all OMVIC & MVDA regulations

Requirements
  • Valid G Driver's License and acceptable driving record
  • OMVIC license is an asset
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Friendly attitude and positive team participation skills
  • Technically savvy
