We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Operations Manager to join our team at Dihot's Facility Maintenance Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our cleaning staff and ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the work of our cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that our facilities meet our high standards for safety and cleanliness.
- Recommend Additional Services: Identify areas where additional services may be required, such as painting or repairs, and recommend these to our management team.
- Assist Cleaners: Provide support to our cleaning staff as needed, ensuring that they have the resources and guidance required to perform their duties effectively.
- Coordinate Work Activities: Work with other departments to ensure that our operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role
- Language: Fluency in English
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week
