Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Ontario Inc. o/a Quesada Burritos & Tacos. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our fast-paced environment.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements to ensure seamless meal preparation.
  • Hire and manage food service staff to meet the needs of our restaurant.
  • Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to optimize our operations.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Supervise and check the assembly of trays to ensure quality and presentation.
  • Establish work schedules to meet the demands of our restaurant.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage staff and customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking required.
