As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with diverse teams across marketing, product, design, strategy, and research to influence how we talk about our cards in-market and ensure that we incorporate the customer lens into product strategy. You will help execute on our strategies to optimize our existing products while assessing new opportunities through the lens of our customers' needs, all with the goal of driving acquisitions growth and helping more Canadians succeed with credit.

Key Responsibilities:
- Influencing product strategy and roadmaps by bringing your deep expertise of our customer, competitive landscape, and full suite of Capital One's products and services to the table
- Leveraging customer data, research, and observations to craft actionable insights that inform optimal marketing strategies and product decisions to drive more acquisitions
- Partnering with analysts to develop tests that determine the optimal way to support, grow, and communicate with customers to drive action
- Collaborating with research teams to oversee the execution and optimization of our research roadmap to effectively evaluate product opportunities and marketing strategies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Commerce, or related field
- 2+ years experience in a marketing role with a strong analytical background
- 2+ years experience launching cross-channel, targeting marketing campaigns
- Previous experience working with internal or external creative design teams
- Previous experience working with internal or external research teams to design and execute studies

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in basic coding and/or data visualization (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau, Quick Sight)
- Experience in Product Marketing (e.g., experience working on positioning statements, value propositions, and segmentation strategies)

About This Role:
This role requires a highly motivated and customer-centric marketer with exceptional focus on growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background and experience in launching cross-channel marketing campaigns. They will also have previous experience working with internal or external creative design teams and research teams to design and execute studies.

The estimated salary for this role is $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
