Job Description:

We're looking for a seasoned Mechanical Design Expert with 8+ years of experience in industrial automation. Your expertise will be crucial in designing and developing mechanical systems, ensuring they are safe, efficient, and effective.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Liaising with project management teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Providing technical leadership and mentoring to junior designers
  • Evaluating mechanical products for purchase and determining their efficiency and cost-effectiveness
  • Designing and developing CAD layouts, manufacturing drawings, and bills of material
  • Reviewing and improving upon engineering designs prepared by the design team

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in mechanical engineering or a related discipline
  • Proficiency in Solidworks and AutoCAD
  • Strong written and verbal skills in English
