At Surestay Hotel by Best Western, we are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's mechanical systems, including heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and repair, with the ability to work with minimal supervision. You will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, such as painting and drywall repair, as well as more complex repairs, such as adjusting and repairing heating and cooling systems.

In addition to your technical skills, you will also be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests and staff. This includes performing regular safety checks and ensuring that all equipment is in good working order.
