Job Title: Building Maintenance Worker

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Building Maintenance Worker to join our team at Surestay Hotel by Best Western. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's maintenance and repair functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including adjustments and repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Conduct safety and security checks to ensure a secure environment for our guests and staff.
  • Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Perform other routine maintenance jobs, such as painting and drywall repair.
  • Work with minimal supervision to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Dependability and reliability.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment.
