Job Summary: As a seasoned Financial Transaction Specialist at GreenX Hauling inc., you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the financial integrity of our organization. Your expertise in financial record-keeping, cheque calculation, and general ledger maintenance will ensure our financial operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately calculate cheques for payroll and fixed assets, ensuring timely payments and maintaining our financial reputation.
  • Utilize manual and computerized systems to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Prepare and maintain general ledgers, financial statements, and statistical reports, providing valuable insights into our financial performance.
  • Post journal entries and reconcile accounts, guaranteeing the accuracy and consistency of our financial data.
  • Collaborate with our finance team to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements, contributing to the growth and success of GreenX Hauling inc.
