About the Role

Zebra is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager, II to join our Machine Vision Business Unit. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for the successful launch of our products and solutions by indirectly leading cross-functional teams to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee the entire lifecycle of hardware development programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive program plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless integration of hardware programs.
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration across departments to achieve program milestones and deliverables.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on program status, risks, and mitigation plans.
  • Present program updates to executive leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment with overall business objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, MS preferred.
  • 2+ years experience.
  • Must be bilingual in both English and French.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to present, communicate, and facilitate effectively to peers, team members, and senior managers.
  • Experience with MS Office or similar; power user in MS-Project and MS-Excel.
  • Comfortable and experienced in delegating and requesting follow-up.
  • Deep understanding of hardware development processes.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-starter with enthusiasm, flexibility, and motivation.
  • Excellent team building and conflict management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
