As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities by performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment issues, and implementing preventive maintenance programs.

Responsibilities:

* Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, repairs, and replacements of equipment and machinery
* Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime
* Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal equipment performance
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address maintenance-related issues
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in electrical, electronic, mechanical, or maintenance engineering technology preferred
* Four years of light industrial maintenance experience, including basic power transmission and/or fabrication and/or residential/commercial/electrical or machine controls
* Basic related troubleshooting skills and basic mechanical or electrical installation experience
* Ability to follow detailed instructions to complete routine procedures and/or operate standard equipment
* Verbal and written communication skills necessary to communicate with immediate management
* Time management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills necessary to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

* Red Seal electrical license
* Experience with CMMS (Computer Maintenance Management System)
