We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team at Divine Spine Windermere Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, including typing and proofreading correspondence, receiving and forwarding telephone or electronic enquiries, and working on reports from manual or electronic files, inventories and databases.

The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role. They will be reliable, have a strong attention to detail, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Typing and proofreading correspondence, forms and other documents
  • Receiving and forwarding telephone or electronic enquiries
  • Working on reports from manual or electronic files, inventories and databases
  • Sorting, processing and verifying applications, receipts and other documents
  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically
  • Sending and receiving messages
  • Providing general information to clients and the public
  • Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory
  • Labeling, filing and retrieving documents
