Produce Assistant

Foodland is seeking a detail-oriented Produce Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our grocery team, you will be responsible for maintaining our produce inventory, ensuring high-quality products are available for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Unpack and count products received by the store, accurately recording inventory levels.
- Maintain computerized stock inventory, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Record incoming stock and accurately price items using stamps or stickers according to our price list.
- Operate cash registers and process electronic transactions using computer equipment.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience an asset, but not required.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing store needs.
- Fluency in English, with ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
