Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Circle K. As a key member of our retail sales and customer service team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring that our store operates efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Provide guidance and support to team members to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
- Sales and Customer Service
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer loyalty and retention.
- Store Operations
- Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Ensure that the store is clean, safe, and well-maintained, and that all equipment and facilities are in good working order.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and analysis to management.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Education and Experience
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in retail sales and customer service.
