Retail Store Supervisor

At Esso Circle-K, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of store appearance.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign Sales Tasks: Assign sales workers to duties, ensuring that all areas of the store are adequately staffed and customers receive prompt assistance.
- Authorize Payments: Authorize payments by cheque, ensuring that all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Merchandise Management: Order merchandise, manage inventory levels, and maintain a well-stocked store.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Reporting: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing valuable insights to management.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail experience.
- Supervision: 1 to 2 people.
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, handling heavy loads, standing for extended periods, and bending, crouching, kneeling.
- Client Focus: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that customers receive a positive experience.
- Flexibility: Adapt to changing situations and priorities, ensuring that the store runs smoothly.
- Organized: Maintain a clean and organized store, ensuring that all areas are well-maintained.
- Reliability: Demonstrate reliability and dependability, ensuring that tasks are completed on time.
- Team Player: Work collaboratively with colleagues, providing support and assistance when needed.
