About the Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Dietitian/Hospitality Manager to join our team at Shannex Incorporated. As a key member of our nutrition services team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement menus that meet the nutritional needs of our residents, in accordance with therapeutic nutrition guidelines.
- Assess and monitor the nutritional status of residents, and provide personalized nutrition care plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to ensure their nutritional needs are met.
- Manage the dietary services budget, and oversee the preparation of purchase orders and invoices.
About You
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a passion for delivering exceptional care. You will possess:
- A Bachelor of Science in Nutrition, and membership with a professional association.
- Excellent communication, computer, and organizational skills.
- Experience in a long-term care setting, with a strong understanding of nutrition and healthcare principles.
- A valid Food Handlers' Certificate, and current First Aid & CPR certification.
- A commitment to providing exceptional care, and a passion for working in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
