Job Title: Project Lead, Supply Planning System Implementation

We're seeking a seasoned professional to join our Supply Planning division as a Project Lead. This role involves acting as the functional lead for the development and implementation of a planning tool (Maestro by Kinaxis). The successful candidate will support the supply planning groups (scheduling and planning) by assisting with regular activities/tasks.

In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate with the project team to design and implement the planning tool.
  • Support the supply planning teams with planning activities.
  • Validate data & functionality for areas under Supply Planning and Finite Scheduling.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document supply planning requirements through SOP's.
  • Understand business process flows and possible nuances.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of project plans, workflows, and processes.
  • Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement while staying in scope of the planning tool.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders while addressing stakeholder concerns.
  • Ensure integration with existing systems are effective through testing and quality assurance.
  • Identify risks and collaborate with the project team to develop mitigation plans.
  • Monitor risks throughout the project lifecycle and adapt as necessary.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure user adoption.
  • Communicate changes effectively to all stakeholders involved.
  • Provide training and support to users on any new processes or tools.
