Job Title: Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Sarnia Diagnostic Imaging Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the office team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve office efficiency.

Requirements:
