About the Role

As a Human Resources Specialist - Recruitment Lead, you will have a strong foundation in behavioral interviewing and be able to maintain high degree of confidentiality, professionalism, and diplomacy.

You will work under pressure with changing priorities and deadlines, and have effective communication skills (both written and verbal), strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Requirements

• Minimum four (4) years' corporate recruiting experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment.

• Understanding of Human Resources principles and legislations that affect recruiting.

• Experience with proactive talent sourcing.

• Strong foundation in behavioral interviewing.

• Demonstrated ability to maintain high degree of confidentiality, professionalism, and diplomacy.

• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure with changing priorities and deadlines.

• Effective communication skills (both written and verbal), strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
