About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Roofing Apprentice to join our team at Always Roofing Ltd. as a key member of our roofing crew.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and repair various types of roofing systems, including asphalt shingles, wood shingles, and metal roofs.
  • Apply waterproof coatings to concrete and masonry surfaces.
  • Erect and install scaffolding and other working platforms.
  • Clean and maintain equipment.
Work Environment

As a Roofing Apprentice, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a physically demanding workload. You will be required to work at heights, in noisy and dusty conditions, and in a variety of locations, including commercial, industrial, and residential settings.

Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the roofing industry.
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and take direction from senior roofing professionals.
  • Strong hand-eye coordination and ability to handle heavy loads.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
