Job Title: Roofing Apprentice

We are seeking a skilled Roofing Apprentice to join our team at Always Roofing Ltd. as a key member of our roofing crew.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will assist experienced roofers in installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of roofing systems, including asphalt shingles, wood shingles, and metal roofs.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the installation of roofing materials, including shingles, tiles, and metal roofing.
  • Help to repair and maintain existing roofing systems.
  • Operate hand and power tools, such as saws, drills, and nail guns.
  • Erect and install scaffolding and other working platforms.
  • Clean and maintain equipment and tools.
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the roofing industry.
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Ability to work at heights, in noisy and dusty environments, and in fast-paced environments.
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and repetitive tasks.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work outdoors in various locations, including commercial, industrial, and residential sites.
