Salary

The estimated salary range for this position is CAD $48.00/Hr - CAD $64.50/Hr based on industry standards and regional averages.

Job Description

This role will focus on coordinating, administering, and evaluating the Workplace Violence Prevention Program to ensure a safe and healthy environment for patients, staff, and visitors. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring compliance with organizational standards and legislative requirements.
  • Liaising with regulatory agencies and promoting safe work habits.
  • Engaging staff, managers, and senior leaders in developing a positive safety culture.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety from a recognized institution.
  • Three to five years' professional experience in Occupational Health & Safety, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Specialized knowledge of best practices in Workplace Violence Prevention.
