About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Commercial Business Service Broker to join our Broker Service Division at PIB (Programmed Insurance Brokers Inc.).

Key Responsibilities
  • Exceed service standards with key focus on retention and growth targets for our Commercial Business clientele.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their insurance needs are met.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to achieve growth targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the highest level of service is provided to clients.
Requirements
  • Licence to practice as a Commercial Business Service Broker.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
