About the RoleAs a Business Insurance Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our Commercial Business clientele, exceeding service standards, and driving retention and growth targets.
Key Responsibilities- Front-line contact to assist clients with policy reviews and changes to coverage
- Participate in renewal reviews with the Account Executive Team
- RIBO Licensed (preferred/must be able to obtain)
- Experience in group insurance and affinity programs considered an asset
- Strong time management, communication, decision-making, and client relations skills
- Flexible, collaborative, and proactive approach
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency with broker management systems (EPIC, TAM, Applied Rating Services)
