Kitchen Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Operations Manager to join our team at Edo Japan.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and implement menus, estimating food requirements for successful realization
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, promoting a culture of excellence
- Order supplies and equipment, managing inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
- Clean kitchen and work areas, maintaining a safe and healthy environment
- Manage kitchen operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning and exceptional customer experience
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required; relevant culinary training or experience an asset
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in fast food or related industry
- Fast-paced environment with physically demanding tasks; standing for extended periods
- Excellent client focus, dependability, flexibility, initiative, organization, reliability, and teamwork skills

The estimated salary for this role is $40,000 - $55,000 per year, based on location and experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a generous paid time off policy.
