Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate inventory records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
Work Environment
