Custodial Services Opportunity

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Custodial Services Associate. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our schools, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for students and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces
  • Operate custodial equipment, such as vacuum cleaners and scrubbers
  • Assist with grounds maintenance, including shoveling snow and trimming grass
  • Perform building maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs and unclogging drains
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in the custodial field is an asset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
