Job Title: Customer Service Liaison

We are seeking a professional with great communication skills to join our team as a Customer Service Liaison in Kitchener, ON.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Manage scheduling, appointments, and meeting arrangements.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Assist with office supplies inventory and ordering.
  • Handle any other clerical or administrative duties as required.

Salary Information: The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $37,744, based on an hourly rate of $18.00.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is an asset.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work independently or in a team.
