We are seeking an experienced Intermediate Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Donna Cona Inc. in Toronto.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the analysis and design of business systems to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop technical solutions.
- Design and implement system configurations and/or request technical development to meet business requirements.
- Work with business and IT teams to ensure business requirements are validated and system development goals are achieved.
- Perform regular system maintenance tasks, such as implementation of releases and upgrades.
- Fulfill operational or enhancement work requests as needed.
- Experience with Citrix to VDI migration projects.
- Legacy and diff tech stack understanding.
- Experience with network controls and port/access.
- Profiling knowledge is an asset.
- Working in partnership with preferred vendors to understand product roadmaps and recommending new solutions and ideas to enhance the business model.
- Using industry consulting methodologies to understand business requests/expected outcomes to translate and document them into requirements, prototypes, and/or technical solutions.
- Evaluating current business problems and providing advice on the applicability and usability of alternative technology products or solutions.
- Leading conversations in ambiguous situations and influencing discussions to guide clients to make decisions/come to resolution on outstanding items/issues.
- Participating in meetings to communicate technical landscape and complexities to all relevant stakeholders.
- Working with businesses to identify prioritization conflicts and propose alternative solutions or options.
- Rationalizing and documenting technology requirements that would match with proposed products/services to address stakeholder needs.
- Working in partnership with internal colleagues and our external technical partners to investigate and research problems and provide solutions.
- Designing and delivering high-quality solutions through system configuration and/or requesting technical development that meet overall business requirements.
- Designing, developing, and implementing functionality for required Human Resource processes.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity.
