About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join our Operations team at Cadillac Fairview. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to take on a challenging role that requires excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Job Description

The Customer Service Coordinator will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to internal and external clients, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks, and maintaining high levels of professionalism in all interactions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating daily activities and communications with General Contractors and sub-trades during store buildouts;
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases, including Client master trackers and sales reports;
  • Preparing and issuing documents, such as invoices, cheques, and rental payments;
  • Providing support to the General Manager and Operations Manager in coordinating projects and activities;
  • Collaborating with the Leasing team to ensure seamless client experiences;
  • Performing administrative tasks, including data entry, mail sorting, and courier arrangements;
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of years related work experience;
  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration or a related field (an asset);
  • Certificate/diploma in Office Administration (an asset);
  • Fully proficient in Gmail, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Thorough knowledge of administrative practices, office policies and procedures, and accounting procedures;
  • Proven organizational and prioritizing skills.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position is $75,000 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a pension plan. We also offer opportunities for growth and development within the company.
