As a Customer Service Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining operational standards and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting a culture of high-quality customer service by maintaining operational standards
- Demonstrating ability to plan, prioritize tasks, and provide direction to Associates in collaboration with the management team
- Training and developing associates on merchandise presentation and customer service excellence
- Contributing to sales and trend influence by crafting inspirational displays in high-impact areas
- Minimum 1 to 2 years relevant experience; retail or service industry experience is preferred
- High School education or equivalent experience
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, including verbal, written, and active listening
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to identify stated and unstated customer and associate inquiries and needs
Hourly range: $19.20 - $24.00 per hour
This represents the expected hiring range and may not represent the full pay range for the position. The pay rate offered may be higher than the posted range depending on several factors, such as relevant skills, experience, and local labor market demands.
