Head Pastry Chef

We are seeking an experienced Head Pastry Chef to join our team at Frontier Bakery.
About the Role:
- Lead a team of skilled bakers and pastry chefs to produce high-quality bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods.
- Develop and implement new recipes and menu items to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the management team to plan production schedules, manage inventory, and control costs.
- Train and mentor junior staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
- Ensure that all products meet our high standards for quality, presentation, and taste.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 months to less than 1 year of experience as a pastry chef or in a similar role.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
