Job Title: Housekeeping Attendant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Mountain View Resort & Suites.

Job Summary:

The Housekeeping Attendant will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. This includes sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing floors, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpeting and upholstered furniture, making beds, and restocking linens.

Responsibilities:
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Dust furniture and fixtures to ensure a clean and tidy appearance
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to maintain a clean and comfortable atmosphere
  • Make beds and change sheets to ensure a clean and inviting environment
  • Distribute clean towels and toiletries to guests
  • Stock linen closets to ensure a sufficient supply of linens
  • Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
  • Handle and report lost and found items to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items to provide excellent customer service
  • Provide basic information on facilities to guests
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
