Housekeeping Attendant Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Mountain View Resort & Suites.

Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain guest rooms, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors, dusting furniture, and vacuuming carpeting and upholstered furniture.
  • Make beds and change sheets, and distribute clean towels and toiletries.
  • Stock linen closets and clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Handle and report lost and found items, and attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items.
  • Provide basic information on facilities and address customers' complaints or concerns.
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers.
Work Environment:

Our Housekeeping Attendant will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, and will be required to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.

Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.
  • Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and work in a physically demanding environment.
