Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Design Specialist to join our team at CARAVEL GROUP INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing proposals, analyzing technical documents, and assisting in supervising construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare detailed proposals and presentations
  • Analyze technical documents and reports to inform design decisions
  • Assist in supervising construction projects from start to finish
  • Develop and maintain accurate working drawings and models
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects
  • Construct architectural and display models to communicate design concepts
  • Assist in design development and iteration
  • Prepare presentation graphics and drawings to effectively communicate design ideas
  • Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create and edit designs
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail
  • Ability to distinguish between colors and work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. They will be required to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
