We are seeking a skilled Architectural Design Specialist to join our team at CARAVEL GROUP INC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design and technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare proposals and tender contracts
  • Analyze technical documents and reports
  • Assist in supervising construction projects
  • Prepare working drawings and estimate costs and materials
  • Construct architectural and display models
  • Assist in design development and prepare presentation graphics and drawings
  • Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software, specifically AutoCAD
Requirements
  • Commercial and/or industrial construction experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Efficient interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
  • 2 years of experience in a related field

This is a permanent position, working 30 hours per week, with English as the primary language of communication.
