Job Title: Architectural Design Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Design Technologist to join our team at CARAVEL GROUP INC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and present proposals to clients and stakeholders.
  • Analyze technical documents and reports to inform design decisions.
  • Assist in supervising construction projects from concept to completion.
  • Develop and maintain working drawings and presentation graphics.
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects.
  • Construct architectural and display models to communicate design ideas.
  • Collaborate with designers and engineers to develop design concepts.
  • Prepare and present design presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, including AutoCAD.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment with a 30-hour workweek.
  • Fluency in English.
