About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at TACO TIME. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of our food preparation and service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Training and Development: Train new staff members in their job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to help them improve their performance.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate and manage the inventory of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive excellent service, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing regular reports to management to help inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: Will train, but previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
