Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fitness Club Operations Supervisor to join our team at Studio S Fit. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our athletic club, including maintenance and repair work, client support, and staff supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to ensure the facility is in good working order
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs, providing exceptional customer service
  • Be the point of contact for emergency situations, providing timely and effective solutions
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, troubleshooting issues as needed
  • Prepare and submit progress reports to management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as required
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Supervise, co-ordinate, and schedule activities of workers, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations

Experience
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
