Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fitness Club Operations Supervisor to join our team at Studio S Fit. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our fitness club, including supervising staff, coordinating activities, and maintaining equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of our fitness club staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be performed on our equipment and facilities, ensuring that they are always in good working order.
  • Client Support: Assist clients with special needs, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that their needs are met.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit progress reports, requisition materials and supplies, and perform other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, team player
