Job Title: Athletic Club Attendant Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Athletic Club Attendant Supervisor to join our team at Studio S Fit. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our athletic club, including supervising staff, coordinating activities, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for our members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff, including scheduling and reviewing work
  • Ensure the maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities
  • Assist members with special needs and provide technical advice
  • Prepare and submit progress reports
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies
  • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a fitness or recreation setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
