Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Director of Operations to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all operational, administrative, and financial functions, ensuring the smooth delivery of our core programs. This is a senior leadership role that requires a strong track record of strategic planning, financial management, and operational oversight.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive organizational growth and success.
  • Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Lead operational teams to ensure efficient delivery of programs and services.
  • Manage technology infrastructure and ensure data security and compliance.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to drive strategic initiatives and achieve organizational goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 7-10 years of management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.
  • Proven experience in strategic planning, financial management, and operational oversight.
  • Experience in managing budgets, cash flow, and financial reporting.
  • Proven track record in governance, risk management, compliance, and enterprise compliance.
