Job Title: Senior Corporate Administrator

About the Role

This is a technical role that requires expertise in the administration of SharePoint, Exchange, Teams, and Power Platform. As a Senior Corporate Administrator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing governance and information architecture plans for all collaboration platforms and environments. Your duties will include producing technology design and specifications, designing test plans, executing tests, contributing to deployment plans, and ensuring the successful installation of integrated technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the architecture, design, and implementation of all collaboration platforms and environments in alignment with corporate policies and standards.
  • Solve business problems and increase collaborations and access to data using O365 products and other collaboration tools.
  • Participate in infrastructure projects that may affect collaboration application systems to assess impact and ensure operational stability.
  • Maintain and develop the day-to-day operations of collaboration solutions, including voice, video, chat, and file sharing.
  • Validate the successful outcome of process and workflow automation.
  • Develop training material and train and mentor less experienced personnel; review the work of others for conformance to established technical procedures.
  • Develop and evaluate monitoring solutions for collaboration services.
Requirements
  • Advanced knowledge of implementation and management of a range of collaboration platforms.
  • Proficient knowledge of IT systems development life cycle and implementation.
  • Four-year degree from an accredited post-secondary education institution in a relevant field of study, such as Information Technology, Mathematics & Applied Science, or defined equivalency.
  • 3 – 5 years' experience supporting a collaboration software environment.
