Senior Collaboration Administrator

About the RoleThis is a technical role that involves the administration of SharePoint, Exchange, Teams, and Power Platform. As a Senior Corporate Administrator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing governance and information architecture plans for all collaboration platforms and environments.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement governance and information architecture plans for collaboration platforms and environments
- Administer SharePoint, Exchange, Teams, and Power Platform
- Design and implement technology solutions to support collaboration and information sharing
- Participate in standby rotation and/or callback incidents as assigned
- Consult with corporate stakeholders on collaboration tool capabilities and provide input as needed
- Support the architecture, design, and implementation of collaboration platforms and environments
- Solve business problems and increase collaborations and access to data using O365 products and other collaboration tools
- Participate in infrastructure projects to assess impact and ensure operational stability
- Maintain and develop day-to-day operations of collaboration solutions
- Validate the successful outcome of process and workflow automation
- Develop training material and train and mentor less experienced personnel
- Develop and evaluate monitoring solutions for collaboration services
- Advanced knowledge of implementation and management of collaboration platforms
- Proficient knowledge of IT systems development life cycle and implementation
- Four-year degree from an accredited post-secondary education institution in a relevant field of study, such as Information Technology, Mathematics & Applied Science, or defined equivalency
- 3-5 years' experience supporting a collaboration software environment
