Senior Collaboration Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Collaboration Administrator to join our team at SGI Canada. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing governance and information architecture plans for all collaboration platforms and environments.
Key Responsibilities- Consult with corporate stakeholders to align collaboration tool capabilities with corporate standards and policies.
- Support the architecture, design, and implementation of all collaboration platforms and environments.
- Document system design, test cases, and production changes for the collaboration platform.
- Implement system design changes to collaboration environment.
- Develop complex integrations between various collaboration platforms.
- Solve business problems and increase collaborations and access to data using O365 products and other collaboration tools.
- Participate in infrastructure projects that may affect collaboration application systems.
- Maintain and develop the day-to-day operations of collaboration solutions.
- Identify and understand activities that can be automated.
- Analyze, design, and implement strategy for continuous deployment.
- Validate the successful outcome of process and workflow automation.
- Develop training material and train and mentor less experienced personnel.
- Develop and evaluate monitoring solutions for collaboration services.
- Recommend and develop solutions for enterprise requirements.
- Advanced knowledge of implementation and management of a range of collaboration platforms.
- Proficient knowledge of PowerShell scripting.
- Proficient knowledge of IT systems development life cycle and implementation.
- Proficient knowledge of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) practices.
