Food Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Operations Manager to join our team at Hampton Inn Waterloo. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage services. This includes developing budgets, evaluating daily operations, and planning and organizing daily activities. You will also be responsible for recruiting and supervising staff, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage budgets for food, ingredients, and supplies
- Evaluate and improve daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality
- Plan and organize daily activities, including staff schedules and inventory management
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and provincial/territorial liquor legislation
- 3 years of experience in food service operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
