Job Title: Food Service Operations Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Operations Manager to join our team at Hampton Inn Waterloo. As a Food Service Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage services, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement budgets to determine food, ingredient, and supply costs
- Evaluate and improve daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Plan and organize daily operations, including staff scheduling and supervision
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff
- Negotiate with suppliers and clients to ensure optimal pricing and services
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our food and beverage services
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in food service operations management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
