Job Title: Application Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Application Administrator to join our team at Stantec Consulting International Ltd. This role is responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and operation of our software, platforms, and other resources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configuration Implementation: Implement configuration changes for various applications.
  • Licensing Monitoring: Monitor usage for various applications, perform usage audits, and create licensing requirements for future growth.
  • Security Management: Provision users and roles in non-production environments following our IT Access Procedures and Authorities Matrix.
  • Environments Management: Work with delivery teams and project managers to coordinate environment refreshes, perform pre and post-refresh steps.
  • Patch and Upgrade Management: Manage and install quarterly patches, updates, and upgrades to keep our application environments current and functioning optimally.
  • Automation: Schedule and monitor applications' processing and address performance issues.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to our applications, including configurations, procedures, and licensing guides.
  • System Maintenance: Complete requests for updates, such as tax rates, client management targets, fixed asset categories, currency rates, HRMS jobs/grades, alert recipient updates, etc.
  • Period End: Perform period-end activities, including organization changes.
  • Year End: Perform year-end activities.
  • Assurance Services: Work with internal and external audit groups to review the reliability and integrity of information systems, ensuring compliance with Stantec's processes and policies.
Qualifications:
  • Experience with implementing Oracle Cloud.
  • Experience with Oracle eBusiness Suite and integration with HCM Cloud is an asset.
  • Good understanding of business practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly self-motivated and directed.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
