Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Application Administrator to join our team at Stantec Consulting International Ltd. This role will be responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and operation of our software, platforms, and other resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement configuration changes for various applications.
  • Monitor usage and perform audits to create licensing requirements for future growth.
  • Manage user and role provisioning in non-production environments.
  • Work with delivery teams to coordinate environment refreshes and perform pre and post-refresh steps.
  • Manage and install quarterly patches, updates, and upgrades to keep our application environments current and functioning optimally.
  • Schedule and monitor applications' processing and address performance issues.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to our applications.
  • Complete requests for updates and perform period end and year end activities.
  • Work with internal and external audit groups to review the reliability and integrity of information systems.
Requirements
  • Experience with implementing Oracle Cloud.
  • Experience with Oracle eBusiness Suite and integration with HCM Cloud is an asset.
  • Good understanding of business practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly self-motivated and directed.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
